This
corporate office is designed in a very small site. The brief here was to increase
the usable office space as much as possible and at the same time allowing flexibility
for office interior layout. Large atrium is created with office spaces stacked
vertically on one side and temporary skin on the other external edge, which also
allow privacy from neighbouring residential building. All office floors are interconnected
visually through narrow atrium which has the staircase and lift on one end. Rich
textured clay louvered skin is used to enhance the aesthetic of the building. |
